About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing LATAM team. This is far more than a traditional SDR role.



As one of the earliest members of Persona's LATAM go-to-market team, you'll work directly with regional leadership to help build how we acquire customers across Latin America. You'll play a key role in generating pipeline, supporting inbound demand, and helping define the sales motions that will scale with the business..You'll partner closely with Account Executives, Rev Ops, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to identify high-potential customers, engage executive stakeholders, and build opportunities across fintech, financial services, marketplaces, and digital-native companies throughout LATAM.This role offers exceptional visibility, ownership, and career growth.
