Job Responsibilities:

Regional
1. Divisional Engagement: Visit all 46 Divisions in the region annually
(in-person and virtual)



to build direct relationships with General Managers and
their teams, advising them on compliance matters including third-party due
diligence, local risk topics, and compliance program expectations and
requirements.
2. Training, Counseling & Advisory: Design, deliver, and continuously improve
compliance training (onboarding, risk-based modules, awareness campaigns), and
serve as the regional compliance point of contact providing support to regional
leadership and any employees.
3. Regional Insights: Leverage data tools and reporting platforms (e.g.,
Power BI, Risk Assessment, Compliance Audit results, investigation trends)
together with knowledge of local laws and regulations to identify and track
regional trends, translating them into regional-specific initiatives and
practical insights that identify opportunities for the region.
4. Speak Up & Open Door Liaison: Serve as a trusted point of contact for
