About the Role
Responsible for supporting the results of EH&S; indicators. Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Develop Harman skills in employees.
What You Will Do
Analyze the risks and behaviors of people,



looking for the ¨mindset¨ of good safety practice. Identify high-risk operations and seek implementation and process changes to ensure a safe working environment.
Minimize impacts to the environment through guided towards environmental protection and pollution prevention strategies.
Monitor and communicate on performance to improve decision making regarding EH&S; and to integrate it into business decisions.
Ensure compliance with EH&S; legal requirements.
Investigation of accidents and incidents in order to determine the causes and motives that generate accidents and incidents to mitigate them through problem solving and Yokoten (sharing knowledge)
Support, audits and monitors practice regarding the handling, storage and siposition of materials and residues (hazardous and non-hazardous) with the purpose of comply with environmental laws and regulations.
