Job Description
Summary
Perform strategic sourcing activities related to assigned Indirect spend commodities. Evaluates sourcing requirements to ensure compliance with internal controls, operational requirements, and business continuity objectives. Build collaborative relationships with internal business partners and strategic relationships with external suppliers.



Establish governance processes to effectively manage suppliers through scorecards, business reviews, market intelligence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead supplier lifecycle management for assigned commodities including supplier identification, onboarding, RFx activities, contract negotiations, implementation, and offboarding.
Develop and execute global commodity strategies for MRO, utilities, engineering certifications, and other assigned categories.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align sourcing initiatives and supplier strategies with business objectives and operational requirements.
Develop and execute cost productivity, working capital, and total cost of ownership (TCO) initiatives aligned with commodity strategies and annual business objectives.
Negotiate and implement Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing agreements, and other commercial contr
