As a Strategy Generalist - Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences by analyzing client needs and developing customer-centric solutions. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on customer-related strategies and initiatives, offering guidance and support to help clients drive business growth. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects,



developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will analyze customer touchpoints, design customer journey maps, and offer guidance to create seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
