Job Description:
What will you work on?
As a Financial Analyst, you will not simply report numbers—you will influence decisions. You will partner directly with Brand Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and Commercial teams to analyze profitability and build financial strategies for some of the world's most recognized toy and entertainment brands. This role manages Toy Line Planning (TLP), forecasting models, and pricing analysis, serving as a trusted advisor who translates data into actionable business recommendations.

How will you create impact?
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing allocated budgets to optimize return on investment.
Direct cross-functional teams, establishing clear timelines and holding project partners accountable to ensure seamless execution.
Partner with the Creative team to define communication strategies and develop compelling, brand-aligned content.
Deliver strategic briefs to external media and public relations agencies, continuously evaluating and optimizing performance.
Consolidate complex campaign performance data to track marketing effectiveness, translating metrics into clear strategic reports for executive leadership.
Utilize consumer insights and audience targeting data to develop tailored communication strategies that build lasting brand affinity.
