This position is responsible for leading the regional Technical Services team supporting surface mining operations. The role develops and implements initiatives focused on delivering measurable value to customers while driving sustainable growth for Orica. It plays a key role in building technical customer relationships,

Lead the recruitment, development, performance, and capability growth of Technical Services personnel.
