Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Planner Scheduler located on Flex North.




Reporting to the Industrial Production Planning Manager the Planner Scheduler This role will be In charge of helping materials and production functions. Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
What a typical day looks like:
Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order.
Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group.
Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations
Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast).
Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand, planned WO's.
Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking
