A Day in the Life

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our
Energy Solutions team in Mexico. The Energy Associate will play a pivotal role
in supporting Prologis’s Mexico Energy Solutions initiatives across multiple
workstreams. This role is responsible for conducting quantitative analyses for
distributed solar, on-site generation, electromobility, and battery storage, as




well as performing strategic and market analyses for new opportunities. The
Energy Associate will also manage third-party vendors and collaborate closely
with cross-functional teams within Prologis and support sales efforts with
customers.

Key Responsibilities

Quantitative Analysis for Energy Solutions Investments

* Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to assess the performance
of assets under construction and in operation, forecast revenues, and
evaluate multiple revenue streams.
* Contribute to commercial efforts through quantitative analyses that translate
into closed contracts with customers. Prepare scenarios and presentations.
* Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities in solar energy,
energy storage, on-site generation, electromobility, and sustainability
solutions.
* Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and regulatory changes impacting
Prologis’s energy asset portfolio.
