About The Role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic SDE1 Back-End Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation Practice Management platform.
This position will focus on designing and implementing architectural solutions for modernizing our platform to evolve with our growing business needs. You will lead efforts in maintaining critical services that are a key component of our operations.

Your Area of Focus
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software applications using Spring Boot, Java, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers,



designers, and cross-functional teams to architect robust and scalable solutions that meet business requirements. Provide input into the technical direction of the team and product.
- Design, implement, and advocate for critical services that serve as foundational building blocks for product features, as well as improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices for clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Ensure high-quality code standards and contribute to the continuous evolution of our technology stack.
