How You'll Make an Impact
Quality Assurance & Compliance Management
Lead and execute internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9000 series and applicable regulatory standards across the integral Switchgears factory network




Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and continuous improvement
Define and deploy quantitative metrics and monitoring systems to track process and product quality performance across sites
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of inspections, deviations, and non-conformities, driving closure via structured change control processes
Support and enable management reviews, ensuring transparency on performance, risks, and actions
Integrate risk management principles into quality processes to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues
Ensure alignment with Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements
Ensure strong linkage with compliance, governance, and audit requirements across Switchgears
Continuous Process Improvement & Analysis
Lead complex improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies across factori
