Lead the commercial strategy and business growth of the transformers portfolio in Mexico.
Develop and execute market development, sales, and go-to-market plans aligned with regional objectives.
Provide technical and commercial support to sales teams, ensuring effective positioning of products and solutions.
Coordinate with global manufacturing facilities to support project execution and optimize business opportunities.
Lead, coach, and develop a commercial team while driving performance and accountability.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to achieve sales targets and advance strategic business initiative




A successful Market Manager should have:
~ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
~ Advanced English proficiency with the ability to interact confidently in global environments.
~8-10 years of experience within the electrical industry.
~ Strong experience in transformers, power distribution, or related electrical equipment.
~ Proven track record in business development and technical-commercial sales.
~ Demonstrated leadership experience managing commercial teams.
~ Strong understanding of sales processes, bids, and customer relationship management.
~ Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into business opportunities.
~ Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on commercial approach.
~ Performance-based variable compensation
