Embedded directly within the cross functional Breast Cancer Squad and reporting to the Breast Cancer Squad Lead, the Product Manager Oncology (Marketing Value Manager) acts as an energetic marketing leader, driving the generation of Roche Value. In this role, you will also guide and empower the junior marketing talent, including the marketing coordinator and trainees, fostering their development as they support daily marketing activities. Key deliverables include healthcare professional engagement metrics, campaign return on investment, brand recall, and integrated omnichannel touchpoint alignment.
Stakeholder and Ecosystem Engagement Build, manage, and sustain strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, Key Decision Makers, and leading Medical Societies in oncology.
