As Operations Lead, Test Prep, you are the operational backbone of that system — and the person most directly accountable for whether students are actually progressing.
You report to the Director of Standardized Test Prep and are the only other person accountable for delivery. Remote. Weekend availability required.
Track attendance, homework, practice tests, tutoring hours used, and score improvement across every active cohort
Tutor Management
Monitor tutor performance against student results, session quality, reliability, and escalations
Own tutor performance issues, with coaching as needed: raise it,
