Monitor and managing changes on multiple policies.
Responsible of capturing and analyzing information from documents into the system for storage, processing and reporting.
- Intermediate / Advanced English (desirable)
- Review insurance forms / documents (identification cards, certificates, etc.).
- Perform other related support duties as requested, such as answering phones, processing mail, assisting customers.

Applicants must have administrative experience. Insurance background is a plus.
