Key Responsibilities
- Monitor all active trips using GPS and dispatch software.
- Ensure drivers are following their assigned routes and staying on schedule.
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day regarding trip updates, delays, and customer requests.
- Assist drivers with directions, route changes, traffic issues, and operational support.
- Monitor driver arrival and departure times to ensure on-time performance.
- Maintain communication with customers regarding trip status when necessary.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve service issues quickly and efficiently.
- Report accidents, vehicle breakdowns, delays, or emergencies to management immediately.
- Verify that drivers have the required trip information before departure.
- Keep accurate records of trip updates, driver communications, and operational notes.
- Work closely with the scheduling and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor weather, traffic, and road closures that may impact scheduled trips.




- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Be available to work weekends and holidays as operational needs require.

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with GPS tracking systems, computers, and dispatch software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office.
- Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to remain organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
