Recruitment & Selection Analyst / 90% Remote / Full-time / Base Salary $20,000 monthly
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Publish vacancies through approved recruitment channels and sourcing platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely progress.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Staffing.
