A newly, well-established U.S.based Freight Brokerage Company is seeking an experienced Freight Broker to join our team in Monterrey, N.L.

Requirements:
- Mandatory experience working as a Freight Broker (U.S. market):
- Strong understanding of both the operational and sales departments of Brokerage.:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.:
- Leadership and hands-on experience managing or leading a team.

Schedule:
Hybrid - Monday through Friday (6:00 AM - 3:30 PM local Monterrey time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of freight brokers handling U.S. lanes
- Coordinate daily brokerage operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain strong communication with carriers and customers

Compensation:
- Fixed base + additional % commission.
- Various growth opportunities in U.S. Logistics

Pay: $25,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Monterrey, N. L.
