ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a Design, Senior Analyst (Level 6) to join our Flex Creative cell in Mexico City. In this role, you will be the core design engine responsible for executing, translating, and scaling visual assets based on the macro identity systems established by our senior leadership. This is a highly collaborative,



tactical position that requires a balance of exceptional graphic craft and systems-driven execution.

Reporting into the creative cell leadership, you will ensure that the day-to-day visual output—spanning static layouts, digital campaign assets, and UI components—is perfectly aligned with general standards. You will utilize modern digital tools and AI-augmented workflows to maintain a rapid production cadence, serving as the primary supplier of clean, structured design files that fuel our motion and spatial pipelines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Asset Production & Scaling: Execute and scale high-quality design assets, marketing layouts, and visual compositions based on established brand guidelines and system architectures.
2. UI & Component Design: Craft clean, responsive design interfaces, vector components, and layout templates within Figma, preparing assets for seamless handoff to the motion design team.
