Business Development Representative (Remote - Mexico)

As we continue to expand our business development efforts, we are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Representative based in Mexico to join our growing remote team.

Position Summary

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing relationships with schools and educational organizations throughout the United States. This is a full-time remote contractor position focused on driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with school administrators, HR professionals, and educational decision-makers throughout the United States.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and service demonstrations.




- Understand client staffing challenges and propose customized workforce solutions.
- Negotiate service agreements and pricing with prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities within the CRM system.
- Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and business development metrics.
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Stay informed on trends within the U.S. education and staffing industries.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business development, sales, account management, or related experience.
- Experience working with U.S.based clients is required.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and consultative sales.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- CRM experience preferred.
