Virtual Sales Representative - Phone Closer (Remote, Mexico)

What you'll do:
- Call and close warm inbound leads from US customers looking to book moving services
- Build quick rapport, understand each customer's needs, and guide them to booking
- Work leads and bookings inside our CRM (SmartMoving)
- Follow up consistently to maximize conversion

Pay:
- $7-$9 USD per hour to start (paid in USD), plus commission
- Commission typically adds $150-$500+ USD per month
- Realistic total monthly earnings of roughly $1,313-$3,271 USD depending on performance

Schedule:
- Full US business hours, Monday-Saturday
- 40+ hours per week (up to 66 hours available for top performers who want them)

- Fluent, professional spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
- Previous phone sales experience, ideally selling to US customers
- A reliable computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet connection
- A quiet, professional space to take calls during your shift
- Strong work ethic, coachability, and a closer's mindset
