Our client:
Our client serves communities throughout Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas.

Activities:
- Assist insurance department
- Data entry
- Upload documents to management system, request updated certificates and policies from insurance companies.
- Provide insurance invoices to accounts payable department, assist Specialists with policy management, maintenance, and underwriting requests.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Regular Schedule: 10:00-19:00 Mexico City time

Daylight saving: 09:00 - 18:00 Mexico City time

This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in customer service with generally between 1-2 years of experience in insurance
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; intermediate skills a plus
- Conflict resolution skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to provide high-level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization
