The EHS Supervisor is responsible for leading Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance and risk management, and Sustainability at the MTC site. This role ensures the protection of employees, facilities,



and the environment while maintaining full compliance with local regulations and integral standards.
- This is a critical on-site position, requiring direct interaction with operations, real-time decision-making, and accountability for regulatory compliance, legal obligations, high-risk activities, and emergency response.

YOUR ROLE

Legal & Regulatory Compliance
- Act as the site EHS representative before authorities (JMAS, STPS, SERMARNAT, PROFEPA, COFEPRIS, Civil Protection)
- Manage environmental permits, water discharge, and health registrations
- Ensure compliance with Mexican NOMs and applicable regulations
- Coordinate inspections, audits, and regulatory reporting

Safety & Risk Management
- Authorize high-risk activities (LOTO, confined spaces, chemical handling, machinery operations)
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure preventive controls
- Oversee use of PPE and safe work practices
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
