BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, analyze, and optimize data to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain advanced Macros, Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality.
- Generate reports and visualizations to support business operations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform:




- Working knowledge of Power BI — report building, DAX basics, and data visualization best practices
- Experience with Power Apps (canvas and/or model-driven apps)
- Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow and process automation
- Understanding of Dataverse data structure, tables, relationships, and configuration
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric (data pipelines, lakehouses, or semantic models is a plus)
- Proficiency in SQL — writing queries, filtering, joining tables, and basic data manipulation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
