MISSION:
To collaborate to achieve economic, quality, service and sustainability purchasing targets and the project team’s objectives. To manage all assigned suppliers and lead all purchasing activities for assigned projects.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve business objectives.
- Lead all the assigned suppliers’ problems, following the escalation matrix.
- Manage all assigned project-purchasing activities, following FDS.
- Negotiate and implement technical savings with suppliers.
- Lead sourcing processes to ensure reaching quality, price, timing, sustainability and service objectives.
- When designated to do so, act as “Integral Lead Buyer” for the global suppliers,



representing Ficosa in front of the supplier as a single voice and coordinated with the buyers of the rest of the Countries.
- Present the sourcing processes in assignments committee for the assigned suppliers.
- Participate in purchasing monthly report processes for all projects and suppliers that are assigned.
- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Participate in the assigned teams, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
