- Responsible for leading the planning and execution of production process transfers between plants, ensuring supply continuity, meeting customer requirements, approval of validations, and production stabilization at the destination plant, within the established time,
cost, and quality.
- Primarily ensuring zero supply interruptions during the transfer, PPAP approved on time, PPM during ramp-up customer target or defined internal standard, compliance with project stages, as well as adherence to the transfer budget.
- Ensure process stabilization after the transfer by meeting the defined performance indicators (quality, capacity, and productivity).
Responsibilities:
A Manager (M3) manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
Responsibilities typically include:
