About the Position:
We are looking for a Supplier Development Engineer to join the SDE team, reporting directly to the SDE Manager.

This position is based at our office in Juarez.

Your Responsibilities will be:
Support R&D;,



Project Buyer and Development Team in Supplier selection of new buy components from external supplier in all sourcing phases

Continuous cooperation with Project Buyer, Commodity organization, Project team and suppliers

Act as “One-voice” towards Suppliers across all involved Business Units

Ensure supply risk analysis evaluation in the early project phase

Participate to Technical Analysis and validate suppliers solutions in terms of Quality, Technical/

Drive resolution of supplier-related quality issues from pre-production through post-launch (ramp up phase).

Process solutions, Capability and Timing in line with the project team

Ensure the transmission and implementation of Specific Customer requirements

Validate the Project Review performed by or with the suppliers

Follow up the planning, execution and completion of all tasks required for Production part

Approval Process (PPAP) evaluation and approval (including tool payments when relevant and the
