Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable professional will manage day-to-day AP activities, ensuring invoices, vendor payments, credit card transactions, and financial records are processed accurately and on time. The role requires someone who can work independently, manage a high volume of transactions, and collaborate effectively with the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and code vendor invoices and match invoices with purchase orders/receivers.
- Accurately enter financial information and handle a high volume of AP transactions.
- Manage weekly vendor payments, check requests, and credit card payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable and credit card statements.
- Research unpaid invoices and respond professionally to vendor inquiries.
- Assist the CFO with month-end closing activities.
- Maintain organized records of payments, checks, and paid invoices.
- Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies.

Pay: $22,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sahuaro, Son. (Município de Hermosillo)
