DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician II who will perform essential maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations while supporting our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this position,



you will conduct preventive maintenance, handle repairs, and operate critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with team members, and maintain strict compliance with safety and quality standards. This role offers opportunities for professional development while contributing to meaningful work that has integral impact.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of industrial maintenance experience, including hands-on equipment repair
- Preferred Fields of Study: Technical field
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification preferred
- State-specific licenses as required (e.g., High Pressure Boiler License, Wastewater License)
- Expertise in HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for equipment and building systems
- Experience with building automation systems (BMS) and computerized m
