As a general leader in Stainless Steel, we're seeking a dynamic Temporary Bilingual Planner Sales Support and be part of our Supply Chain team in San Luis Potosi.

In this role you will establish an effective communication channel between the production and sales planning teams, providing comprehensive support and follow-up to meet the specific needs of customers across the USA, Mexico, and Latin America. This role focuses on offering timely solutions based on the plant’s capacity and communicates critical updates through the sales executives.

Job qualifications and experience requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline
- English advanced oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level)
- Proven experience in material planning
- Background in customer service
- Strong analysis and communication skills
- Knowledge of AS/400 system (desirable)
