BILINGUAL AGENT

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum education: Elementary school.
- Conversational English.
- Experience in a call center or customer service.

Schedule:
- Full-time position.
- 2 days off per week.
- Paid training.
- Opportunity to transfer between available campaigns after 6 months (based on performance).

Answer phone calls to respond to general customer inquiries, billing questions, payment information, customer change requests, and customer complaints.
- Net pay:$18,804 MXN per month.
- Schedule:Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
