About the Position:
We are looking for a Plant Purchasing Specialist to join the Pursaching AL&S; team, reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager.

This position is based at our office in Juarez, Mexico, Plant 1.

As the Plant Purchasing Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....

Your Responsibilities will be:
Negotiate pricing, contracts,



and commercial terms with local and international suppliers

Analyze cost structures and identify savings opportunities (cost reduction & avoidance)

Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to align supply needs

What Qualifications you will bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field

3-5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in plastics, chemicals, or manufacturing

Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

Fluent English (required for global supplier communication)

Strong understanding of plastic resins and processing

Other skills that we would welcome:
Supplier risk management experience

Familiarity with cost modeling and should-cost analysis

Project management skills

Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Procurement software
