About the role:




As Supply Finance Controller, you will partner with Supply and Operations teams to drive financial performance across manufacturing and supply chain activities. You will provide insights, support investment decisions, identify savings opportunities, and help improve efficiency across the business.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Supply.
- Partner with Operations and Plant teams to improve performance and reduce costs.
- Analyze manufacturing, logistics, and inventory costs.
- Support investment decisions and productivity initiatives.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Ensure strong financial controls and compliance.
- Lead and develop a small team.

The experience we're looking for:
- Experience in Supply Finance, Factory Finance, Operations Finance, or FP&A.;
- Strong understanding of manufacturing costs, COGS,
