World Renowned Cellular Performance Institute is looking for a bioinformatics analyst.

The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for a bioinformatics analyst to execute genomic sequencing data analysis (DNA/RNA) and design computational strategies to drive the discovery and development of novel therapeutics.

We are considered by many to be the world's premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.

Responsibilities:
- Data Processing and Analysis: Execute the processing, quality control, and bioinformatics analysis of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, specifically DNA and RNA.
- Development of Computational Strategies: Design, build, and optimize pipelines (workflows), algorithms, and software tools for handling large volumes of biological data.

Requirements:
- Bachelor in Bioinformatics, Genomics, Molecular Biology or related.
- Intermediate proficiency in _Python _or _R _programming languages.




- Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of _Bash _and the _Linux _terminal.
- Fluent in English is preferred.

Salary:
- $31,081.20 MXN gross monthly.
