Beyond is an accredited and licensed Texas and New Mexico engineering firm that provides geotechnical and construction material testing services, with offices located in Texas (Midland, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Austin-Round Rock), and in New Mexico (Carlsbad). Job Duties

The Geotechnical Laboratory Engineer will be placed in a progressively increased role of training and responsibility and be required to maintain safety and quality standards on all work assignments. The Geotechnical Laboratory Engineer’s primary responsibility is to assist the Geotechnical Laboratory Manager to conduct geotechnical laboratory testing in a safe, accurate and efficient manner. This will include coordinating sample receiving, classification and characterization of soil properties; interpretation of assignment of laboratory tests; performing geotechnical laboratory testing (consolidation, swell, permeability, direct shear, un
