Paystand LATAM is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Account Executive to join the team. As an Account Executive at Paystand LATAM, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
- Prospection: Prospecting over the phone, face-to-face, through their networks, and building referral partnerships.
- Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop a robust pipeline through effective lead generation and qualification strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including finance managers, CFOs, and business owners. Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and excellent customer service.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Develop a deep understanding of Yaydoo’s product offerings, features, and benefits.



Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and address their pain points.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Collaborate with clients to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts. Ensure contract accuracy and compliance with legal and financial requirements.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the implementation, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, successful implementation, and ongoing client satisfaction. Provide feedback from clients to assist in product enhancements and improvements.
- Market and Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Leverage this knowledge to position Yaydoo’s solutions effectively and identify new business opportunities.
