General Manager Assistant, Worldwide Operations

Job Requirements
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 48 hours/week, and overtime as required
- Work a versátil schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Key Job Responsibilities
- Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements.
- Creating presentations using graphics.
- Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events, and coordinating meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center.
- Leading Daily Operational meetings as needed and documenting follow‑up actions.
- Curating key documents for the Site.

Qualifications




- 2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Are 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 2+ years of executive assistant experience
- 2+ years of experience managing travel reservations.
- Experience with end‑to‑end project management
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost reports
- Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or equivalent
- Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on‑site events, meetings.
