The Accounting Analyst will serve as a Fixed Assets Specialist, responsible for the proper accounting, control, and lifecycle management of the organization’s fixed assets in accordance with Mexican accounting and tax regulations, as well as internal policies. This role ensures accurate financial information, supports monthly and year‑end closings, and maintains strong internal controls over fixed assets. Experience in tax matters (VAT and fixed asset tax treatment) is considered desirable.

The position requires close coordination with internal stakeholders across multiple locations, supporting compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and record fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, work in progress (WIP), capitalization, and depreciation, in accordance with Mexican accounting standards (NIF) and applicable tax rules.
