Total Target Cash includes base salary and annual bonus; final offer based on skills and experience.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and strategic planning for GKAs. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional who can drive sales growth, develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, and technical coordination with R&D; and tollers.

Responsibilities
- Achieve yearly sales objectives by developing and maintaining business with GKAs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Formulation, R&D;, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives and identifying business opportunities
- Acquire expertise on active ingredients and liaise with departments
- Provide visit reports and update account information




- Enhance Lucas Meyer Cosmetics’s position within each corporate account using consultative and in-depth selling at all levels within the account
- Maintain a clear sales opportunity pipeline
- Coordinate with regional team for effective customer service
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Lucas Meyer Cosmetics’s offering

Requirements
- Master's Degree or higher; specialization in Chemistry, Biology, Business, or Marketing is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of proven track record in a commercial, sales, or business development role within the Cosmetics & Personal Care industry
- Experience in Actives, R&D;, or OEM is welcomed
- Superior presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in English is required; French is a plus
