With growth targets set aggressively for the Mexican market, they’re investing heavily in local leadership to strengthen commercial execution and team performance.
The Role




They’re currently seeking a Sales Director to take charge of their revenue operations in Mexico. Based out of their Guadalajara office, this individual will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth, expanding existing customer relationships, and building a culture of performance and accountability within the sales organization.
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines sales strategy, team mentorship, and operational execution. The idóneo candidate will be bilingual (Spanish/English), possess a strong background in SaaS sales, and bring a proven ability to lead both mid-market and enterprise sales cycles. They’ll be expected to install process rigor, coach the team through deal execution, and elevate the bar for ownership and accountability across the org.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, ideally in telematics, IoT, or fleet tech.
- Strong command of both Spanish and English—able to coach teams in Spanish and repo
