Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key GTM metrics such as pipeline generation, sales cycle length, and conversion rates.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and tactical actions.
- Work closely with the Client Engagement Management team to develop accurate and data‑driven sales forecasts.




- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of GTM data across various systems including ERP and Sales Portal.
- Identify and implement improvements to analytical processes and tools to increase efficiency.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in GTM analytics, sales operations, or revenue operations for a B2B SaaS company, or a top‑tier consulting company.
- 1-2 years of experience in tech companies.
- Degree from a top‑tier university in Latin America, graduated in the top 5% of their class.
- Extremely strong spreadsheet skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with Databricks and Tableau.
- Experience with data visualization and storytelling with data.
- Advanced level of English.

Nice to Have
- Experience with sales analytics.
- Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics background.
- 1+ year of experience with Python, R, or another programming language.
- 5+ years of experience working with Tableau.
