We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented recent grads who want to break into the real estate and lending world. No prior mortgage experience required — just the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do (Hands-On)
- Work directly on real loan files from start to finish
- Review borrower documents (income, assets, credit, etc.)
- Help organize and prepare files for underwriting
- Communicate with clients to collect missing items
- Learn how deals are structured and approved
- Support the team in getting loans closed quickly and smoothly

What You’ll Learn
- How mortgage deals actually get done (not just theory)
- How to analyze income, assets, and credit
- The full lifecycle of a real estate transaction
- How to work with underwriters, escrow, and lenders





What We’re Looking For
- Recent college graduate or early in your career
- Strong attention to detail
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication skills
- Hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent in both Spanish and English is REQUIRED
