Competences Requirements
- Bachelor degree with experience or mechanical engineering master degree
- Knowledge in mechanics, automation, robotics, plastic material, lighting etc.
- 2‑3 years of experience in assembly field in plant or equipment supplier or other automotive tier‑1 supplier as assembly equipment project manager
- Possible for young engineer graduate with former experience in assembly as trainee or intern
- Knowledge in lean manufacturing (lay‑out, flows, manpower)
- Good command of English
- Good understanding of HSE/ergonomics

Missions
- Follows up design and realization of assembly equipment (serial or prototyping) according to customer requirements, project specifications (costs, timing, quality), assembly standards/best practices and HSE/ergonomics requirements
- Ensures proper equipment hand‑over to the plant (performance convergence, training for plant team)
