What You’ll Be Doing
Ondaro is seeking a Business Process Consultant. You’ll work independently with stakeholders to analyze, design, and improve business processes using ServiceNow capabilities. You will translate business requirements into functional solutions and support delivery teams.
- Develop and maintain revenue recognition and invoicing processes, including collections.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to identify process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.




- Design optimized workflows using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Support backlog prioritization and solution validation.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure alignment with platform best practices.
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and enterprise service management processes.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD or SPM).
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL.
