Your Role:
As Senior Director, Global Purchase-to-Pay and Global Business Services Site Lead, you will lead Elanco’s global Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) organization and serve as the site leader for our Global Business Services organization in Guadalajara, Mexico. In this role, you will oversee service delivery, compliance, transformation,



and stakeholder partnerships across multiple geographic markets while building a strong site culture, employee engagement, and a unified One Elanco mindset. This role is ideal for a visible, people‑first leader who can connect strategy with day‑to‑day operations in a global, fast‑moving environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead integral Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) operations across purchase order maintenance, invoice processing, payments, and employee expense processing, ensuring performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), governance standards, and audit requirements.
- In partnership with P2P Global Process Owner, drive end-to-end process improvement, organizational change, and transformation initiatives, including support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, testing, controls, and Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance.
