Position: Mental Health Specialist

This position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring mental health and emotional well-being programs, ensuring regulatory compliance while promoting a healthy organizational culture. The role combines a clinical approach with a preventive and strategic mindset, directly impacting employees' experience and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement mental health programs focused on prevention, intervention, and emotional well-being.
- Provide case management and clinical follow-up for employees, ensuring timely and appropriate support.




- Develop preventive programs related to mental health and psychosocial well-being.
- Ensure compliance with NOM-035 and other applicable regulatory requirements related to psychosocial health.
- Support the implementation and compliance of mental health initiatives aligned with industry requirements (AFAC).
- Develop initiatives that strengthen organizational culture around mental health and employee well-being.
- Assess program effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (required).
- Experience designing and implementing mental health programs in organizational settings.
- Experience in clinical case management and employee support.
- Knowledge of and experience with NOM-035 compliance (required).
- Experience developing preventive mental health programs.
- Experience working in corporate or industrial environments.
