Job Title: Client Account Manager

Contract: Full-Time (165–180 hours/month)

About The Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Client Account Manager to join our growing team at Drop Zero Digital. In this role, you’ll become the key point of contact for a group of eCommerce clients, helping them drive results through tailored email marketing strategies.

You’ll collaborate with internal creatives and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality campaigns that align with client goals. This is a fully remote position with a adaptable schedule and strong potential for growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 5–7 client accounts, leading communication, and ensuring client satisfaction




- Offer strategic guidance and recommendations based on performance data and customer insights
- Work closely with our writers, designers, and implementation specialists to bring campaigns to life
- Review and optimize Klaviyo flows and campaigns for performance and accuracy
- Generate reports that highlight trends, wins, and areas of opportunity

What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year experience in account or project management (preferably in an agency or eCommerce setting)
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative
- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, Slack, Notion, Trello, and Google Workspace
- Availability to work partially within European time zones (CET), with flexibility for the occasional PST call
