- Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory).

Key Responsabilities:
- Maintain ledgers for account payable/receivable, payroll, expenses, and bank reconciliation using Mexican accounting software (e.g., CONTPAQI, ASPEL).
- Prepare documentation for tax audits (e.g. invoices, payroll records, transaction proofs).
- Generate, validate,



and archive digital tax invoices (CFDI) compliant with SAT rules. Resolve invoice rejection errors.
- Calculate salaries, benefits, and deductions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR) adhering to Mexican labor laws.
