Operations Manager role involves working responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.What a typical day looks like:* Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.* Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.* Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.* Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.* Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.* Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.* Report to Senior Management team in weekly operations reviews.* Coach and mentor Operations team.* Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.* Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:* Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, electronics engineering, mechatronics or related* Intermediate English* Strong experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.*
