As our Marketing Director, you’ll have full ownership to build, lead, and execute a strategy that makes our brand unmissable — across social, ads, and creative content. You’ll oversee a small team and shape the voice, presence, and performance of everything we do. This isn’t a corporate marketing role. What You’ll Do
- Create and manage high-performing ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Write or refine ad copy, hooks, and scripts for video content.
- Manage and coach a small creative team to produce daily social content.
- Build, track, and optimize lead generation funnels in GoHighLevel.
- Report performance metrics and iterate campaigns to scale results.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to translate vision into creative strategy.
